Terry L. Jones, CPA Ms. Jones has 30 years of tax and consulting experience working with individuals and businesses, including expatriates and foreign nationals. She began her career with KPMG (then Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.) with assignments in Houston, Paris, and Caracas where she prepared American expatriate and French tax returns. She managed her own CPA firm in Houston for ten years, and launched the Price Waterhouse International Assignment Services practice in the Washington area. She has traveled extensively presenting tax planning seminars for Americans living overseas. Terry is a Certified Public Accountant, holds her BA and Masters of Accounting degrees from Rice University, and is an active writer and speaker on tax planning, international tax and financial issues. Tim Felegie, CPA Tim is a Certified Public Accountant and Consultant in our Tax practice, having been with the firm since January 2005. He works primarily on individual and small business tax returns, as well as assisting clients with payroll matters and QuickBooks training. Tim is an active member and Committee Chairman for the Northern Chapter of Virginia Society of CPAs. Previously, Tim worked for the U.S. Department of Labor as a budget analyst for over 19 years, retiring in December 2004. While working for the Department, Tim pursued continuing education in accounting; he earned a Diploma in Accounting from Strayer University in 2000 and passed the CPA exam in November 2003. Tim also served in the Navy for over 7 years in various fleet and shore assignments. He graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1976 with a B.S. degree in Secondary Education/English. In his spare time, Tim is an avid golfer. He also serves as a volunteer treasurer for a non-profit organization, and is an Aikido student and instructor with the rank of third degree black belt.
